Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be thrilled with everything you order from us but, if something isn't right for you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item(s). Here is an easy 3 step process:
  1. Email us at enquiries@clotheco.uk with your order number and reason for return. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Once approved, we will email you the returns address. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer - we advise that you utilise a tracked delivery option for your own peace of mind. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Once the return has been inspected in our warehouse, a full refund will be instructed via the original payment method and should be with you within 14 days of receiving your return.  Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return/Refund Eligibility
  • We ask that the items are returned unworn, clean (free of make-up or scents) and with all the tags attached
  • We do not accept returns on promotional/sale items or items purchased at a physical pop up store
  • The timescales for raising the intent to return and the return of the items is adhered to.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
